There's growing concern for Nairn's lesser spotted scaffie lorries.
Their natural habitat is at the end of the harbour where they would rest several times a day, but with access to this area now closed Nairnites have been asked to report any new sightings of where they might have relocated to.
The Maggot car park has been suggested but so far keen scaffieologists have yet to sight any there.
Bacon rolls, flasks of coffee and newspapers have been laid out at various places in Nairnshire but so far the lorries have failed to take the bait.
A passer by said 'this is yet another casualty of the harbour road closure'.
Please let the Spin know is you happen to spot one of these rare yellow lorries at rest.
