Van town

Nairn is fast becoming a van and lorry town as services become mobile rather than reside within bricks and mortar.

So far we have... the library van, the bank van and the fish van and the Police van if you're naughty

We also have home deliveries from all the major supermarkets and couriers and posties bringing us parcels from shops around the world.

Little wonder that a question mark is put on our High Street shops. How many of the remaining businesses could just move to the back of a van?
