Magical mystery tours

Reports are coming in that some bus drivers are becoming very confused with the new bus routes that were introduced recently. So much so that they're asking passengers if they'd like a mystery tour.

In case it's a while since you've been on a bus we can tell you that the great majority of passengers are the holders of bus passes and take the bus to keep warm. There's also a great social aspect to bus journeys as they form friendships and at the end of the journey generally have a nice cup of tea and a scone together before heading home.

We digress. Some bus drivers scunnered with the new routes have told passengers they'll be going on mystery tours. Billy Johnstone from Nairn told the Spin 'I got on a number 11 and before I knew it we were whizzing down the A9. Me and my pals really enjoyed a great day out in Perth'.

The bus operator refused to comment on the mystery tours. One group of Nairn bus users is hoping that they might get two weeks in Benidorm on a bus trip this summer.
