In an effort to save money the council are launching a 'home pooping' campaign for dog owners.
They're hoping that the pooches will be allowed to run around their own gardens for a while before being taken for a walk.
The dog waste bins won't be emptied on a regular basis, instead there will be a poop hotline whereby members of the public will be encouraged to call to report an over flowing bin.
It's hoped that the new measures won't result in less collection of dog waste by owners even though a 5p tax has recently been placed on plastic poop bags by Theresa May.
