Mr Allan states that in the official council record of events a great storm hit the harbour causing the damage, but as he methodically explores in his book he believes there are other factors that led to the destruction.
'It's not a conspiracy theory' said Allan, I'm just laying out the facts and people can make their own minds up.
Whatever you may think it's now months since the damage occurred and we've yet to see any progress being made with regard the much promised repairs.
We have to be thankful that there was no loss of life and can only hope the harbour is fully operational soon
