It plans to sell beer, food wise there will be crisps and roasted peanuts. It's fanciest drink will be a lager top.
There will also be a pool table, dart board and a juke box and of course a friendly landlord.
The location has yet to be decided but several venues are under consideration.
Beer prices will be compatible with supermarkets and the pub will mainly serve Scottish ales.
We can only say 'cheers, make mine a pint'.
