Nairnites Rock! Facebook page is hoping for a community solution.
On Saturday 3rd March it's asking folk to come along to the harbour with a stone or rock, and to then to throw it into the hole.
Folk are welcome to make a wish (please fix this Highland council) as they chuck in their stone/rock but it's hoped this community led initiative will at least provide a temporary repair for the road and show the council the strength of feeling around our broken harbour.
Nairnites Rock! is also suggesting that rocks/stones are collected from the beach that'll make it more sandy and attractive.
