Inking

All of Nairn's tattoo shops are now offering inkings of our infamous Parking Charges Three councillors.

Apparently the favoured place for this particularly popular tattoo is on one's derrière, we're not quite sure as to why?

It would seem that our three councillors are becoming cult figures amongst the younger folk of Nairn, although are seen as anti role models rather than anything positive.
