For years the very act of removing onion skins has reduced us all to tears but it seems as though Lidl's new skinless onions mean we can cook and be dry eyed.
The store are also hoping to introduce heatless chillies that'll mean when you chop them and rub your eyes they won't sting like crazy.
We await with interest to see what other culinary innovations the company will offer.
