Fish farm for McDermott's?

Post being an oil fabrication yard plans for Whiteness Head have been many.

Luxury marina with housing and a hotel. Renewable energy fabrication site, incinerator, the list goes on.

With the growing interest in Scottish food it seems as though a fish farm might be destined for the lagoon at the site.

Not the usual salmon but the likes of herring and cod. 

The hold on this development is that of Brexit as no one knows as to how much any fish might be worth once we leave the EU. Still, at least then the UK will be a small fish in a big pond!
