Scottish power

As we transmit electricity equivalent to the output from two nuclear power stations every day from Scotland to England  two Nairn boffins have come up with a unique idea.

The brothers have cracked a way to transmit the energy so that light bulbs will glow with a faint saltire.

'We think it's a great way to promote a Scottish product' said brother James.

Other projects that the boys are working on include that of water in the hope that in the future exported Scottish water will also have a saltire effect when poured.
